This footage is from August 11th, a Saturday group ride started at 10:30 AM and I was super hungover haha. It was still a nice ride with the squad tho.

Great camera work and shots of Chi-town. Use to take this route on a regular basis. Purchased my Trek MTB from Village Cycle on Wells St. in 1992 and use to ride in this area all the time, but without a camera though. Now the millennials have all of the fancy equipment. Way to go guys! Have fun and always ride safe!! Cheers!

They seem like a really good crowd to hang out with. As usual great music relaxing scenes and a mastery of the camera work that makes it look easy ( which it's not) and a really cool over the shoulder look at your neighbourhood. Thanks brother.

Great video bro. Would love to ride with you guys sometime. I’m thinking about going downtown tonight and riding along the lakefront. Good choice of music too, big Radiohead fan, pretty sure that instrumental was “my iron lung”. Are people not doin group rides right now still cuz of covid? Thanks for the videos!

Lamar Harris nope, just music I find while at my nine to five desk job. Got some DJ Yung Vamp and Justice Der is the guitar instrumental guy. (He has a KZfaq channel).

How do you even know if you're reaching top speed when you're just ignoring pushback? Because pushback activates when you're going 15mph and you're going like 25mph.

I’m only a few hours away... Fort Wayne, Indiana. You all have a group I can join to find out when you do a city ride? I’ll drive the 3 hours to ride with you all. I have a OneWheel+ XR but I think I’m the only one in my city.

Yea for sure man we have Onewheel specific rides as well as our larger Eskate rides too. Chicago E-skate on Facebook, and then we have a group chat on telegram.

You have a headcount for the ride? PDX just hit 43 which seems crazy large for the size of the city.

Alastair Drong well this ride was at 10:30 AM on a Saturday so def wasn’t our biggest ride. On days I help organize, we’ll get about 15 Onewheels and around the same number of ESkate riders. Our biggest group so far was maybe 35 people.

Nice! I think we got lucky here. This time of year it's normally too wet and rainy to ride and I expect more people wanted to take advantage of the good weather as a result.

8:40 I'll be curious to hear if you see any more of those ebikes on the road. Unless something has changed in the last few years, law in Chicago says that ebikes are motorcycles and require a motorcycle license. Cops enforce that law, too. Super dumb.

Iam in Norway at the top of the world. (by the north pole) E-boards are legal here. I ride the Koowheel up here. No problems :)

What all the parts of the flag symbolize: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Chicago#Symbolism If Chicago ever wins an Olympic bid, they'll probably add another star for that.
