I think the only reason April told Ethan about the kiss with Crocket is because she has been feeling guilty. It was very bad timing to tell him at that time. I think that she should of told him months ago. Ethan is angry because he was not told sooner and he is angry because it happened in the first place.

@@humanformofthehundredemoji1984 April found out she was experiencing early menopause which obviously upset her and she was scared about telling Ethan because she didn't want to disappoint him. Which led to her being quite irritable with him, that day, which led to him getting angry at her and leaving for deployment early. This really upset her and in her emotional turmoil she initiated a kiss with Dr. Marcel. She then kept this a secret from Ethan for a long time (even keeping it quite when he proposed and she said yes) after his return from deployment. However she did tell him about her menopause so they started IVF. April wanted to make up for kissing Dr. Marcel by giving Ethan a baby, so after the first round of IVF failed she doubled up on her medication in an attempt to make it more effective. This only made her sick, causing her to end up in the hospital bed. So this clip is Ethan trying to comfort her and April confessing to him how everything had come about.

No they just kissed the night Ethan left on deployment. And April hid the truth until she confessed leading to this and then leading to their breakup

@@warh1story563 I remember it as Ethan leaving that evening instead of the next morning because of how much him and April had argued that day. She hid the truth for a few months I think (it's hard to know the exact time line though, between episodes) and then confesses in this scene, which then does eventually lead to their breakup, you're right.

Dr Choi could of kept it professional should dealt with Crockett work wise other than don’t deal with him I am sure Crockett would of got the message.
