Must admit, it's how a burger should look. It's taken me a long time to realize how bad the dining is, by comparison, in the south suburbs where i'm from, but watching a lot of CB makes me wish i'd lived in the city and had at least some money to eat well

New to the channel... saw the playlist and if this wasn't on there... I would not respect the channel. Loyalist is clearly the best and can not be understated. My top reccommendation to anyone coming into town.

So, basically, it's another burger slapped down and cooked on a flat top. Can't get that anywhere else. Why not get original, look for places where the burgers are grilled over charcoal and/or wood?

Because using a hot flat top or cast iron, create the maillard effect, simply creates a better piece of meat than anything gilled. This is, in my opinion, the second best burger in the city.

@@caseyryan1887 Felt the same way. Better than Au Cheval imo but Owen and Engine is still my favorite. Though a Sourvein at Kuma's is way easier lol.
