I like the idea of pizza for breakfast. I have eaten regular pizza for breakfast. As long as it's not too thin of a crust, I'm good. I prefer generous portions of cheese, chicken, sausage, ham with some pineapple and some veggies--onions, mushrooms, black olives. I like a decent amount of chunky, old fashioned tomato sauce, no sugar! I can taste it already. YUMMM!!!

It's fucking pizza. By definition pizza is flatbread topped with sauce and cheese which this is. It's a different type of pizza but it's still pizza. If you don't want it or agree with it just don't fucking eat it.
