White Sox of 2005 is the MOST forgotten champion in history. It is a shame really, as they DOMINATED during this postseason

11-1 in the playoff in 2005, that Chicago White Sox team was loaded with talent with Konerko,Pierzynski, Buehrle, Jenks. They beat the 2004 World Series winner the Boston Red Sox.

My dad who was a die hard white Sox fan died a day before game 1. When Konerko caught that final out I cried in my moms arms cuz I knew my dad was so happy

Astros got postseason revenge on the White Sox in 2021, and then in 2022, Astros won the World Series.

Only sweep that I've seen that was actually thrilling. Was rooting hard for the Atros. It will be the other way around this time.
