For Canadian parents, CA version of the booster seat does NOT come with latches. The demo was on the US version. We watched this video and bought this seat but only found out it did not have the latches. Hope you read this and save you some time.

Thanks for this comment. I bought two at the same time from Amazon . One had the latches the other didn't. Did you ever figure out how to secure yours properly?

Does it work if my car doesn't have Isofix? I only have 2 Isofix on my middle row of my minivan, I am planning to put 2 of these on the 3rd row seats, without Isofix.

The anchor bar in our van is way too 'thick' for the latches?!? They do not open wide enough to latch on. I know they are not necessary, but it is one of the main reasons we chose this booster seat. There are no D-rings protruding from the anchor bar to latch onto. Are we missing something . . . like how to make the latcher open up wider?!?

Fits perfectly rear-facing in our truck, which has a slightly smaller back seats. kzfaq.infoUgkx6_FKRYB2ClSPRyjcd8HptiCS3EiQoNX4 Feels as comfy and plush as our Graco Contender carseat.

How tight does the booster fit up against the back of the seat? I put it exactly as described but it seems a little loose.

climb in it and press down with all your weight on one knee. tighten the strap

Is there a booster seat for older vehicles without latch system?

Use of LATCH with Booster seat is not mandatory for proper usage. Only a feature to help keep the booster seat in place when loading and un-loading making this this seat compatible with older vehicles.

Chicco, please notice in your video title, this should read “GoFit Plus”, however the word “plus” is left out. That is why commenters are seeming disappointed/confused, stating that theirs didn’t come with the latch system. The video title is incorrect on which model booster seat this is. Fellow viewers: From what I can tell, Chicco sells two versions of this backless booster. The “GoFit backless booster” does NOT have the latch system (and costs less). The “GoFit Plus backless booster” DOES have the latch system (and costs more). If you’re looking for the latch system it has to say “Plus” in the product name. As of the time of this comment, the title of this video does not correctly name the product that’s actually in the video, which is the GoFit Plus backless booster with latch system.
