This is a dish we Filipinos love to cook/prepare back home in the Philippines. Prepared for simple meal, it may be a special occasion like birthdays, Christmas, New Year and all other special family gathering. It's really delicious, and my version is; am using organic chicken and cook in Almond milk...and it's great over a cup of red, brown rice and barley wheat rice!
