Gumawa ako dati ng Chicken ala King para sa empanada filling. Instant hit sya sa aking family and friends pero ang request nila… next time, with rice naman. 😅 So today, let’s prepare this dish but make it extra special using the milky and creamy Eden cheese. 😍 It will surely turn your dish into a family favorite, perfect for bonding moments.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Eden Original, cubed
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. white onion, chopped
1⁄4 cup peas
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
250ml all purpose cream
400g chicken breast, cubed
3⁄4 cup button mushrooms, sliced
3⁄4 cup bell pepper, cubed
1⁄4 cup water
salt & pepper, to taste
lemon juice, optional

Chef, it's also nice to put this in bread cups. The "cups" are made by flattening some sliced bread with a rolling pin, then buttered, placed (formed) in cupcake pans, and toasted for a few minutes in the oven.✨😋🥰
