Shopping List:
1 Rotisserie Chicken
2-3 cups of frozen broccoli
1 box Boursin Garlic and Herbs Cheese
1 lb russet or yukon gold potatoes (keto you can use cauliflower or leave potatoes out)
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 cup shredded parmesan
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
5-6 slices thick cut bacon
Green onion
1.5 cups sour cream
Ranch Seasoning to taste
Optional - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.

I made this two days ago and let me tell you Mr. Make it happen's recipes NEVER disappoint. And he was absolutely right about the reheating for left overs! I had plenty for meal prep for throughout the rest of the week!

We made this last night. I love the Borsin cheese but we will rarely get it for the price of$6.49 for 5 ounces. The meal was very good but I wish we would have put more bacon in it, we had regular non thick cut bacon on hand and used 7 slices. Next time Ill use the whole pack. Will definitely be making this again some time.

Have I told you lately that I LOVE YOU AND YOUR MEALS!!! I'm telling you what! I made this casserole just today...Keto style and it is DELICIOUS! I didn't have the Boursin cheese, so I mixed cream cheese with Feta cheese and it is 🤯🤯🤯!!!! Just made this yesterday and it was FREAKIN DELICIOUS OMG. I had 5-6 servings lol and then my boyfriend had 3. This was easy to make though I'm slow in thr kitchen. The ingredients are affordable and I had a blast seeing the casserole come together. Thank you so much! Putting this on my potluck casseroles in the future!

That looks absolutely delicious. I love that you give ideas for substitutions. I have to tell you that I have finally broke down and purchased your food thermometer. I I had to wait until my old one was no longer useful. Man, that thing died a slow but hard death. I stuck it in a hot out of the oven turkey and the needle did not budge 🤣. Thanks for the quick service. My order was processed the same day.

This looks great. I made a chicken cordon bleu cassarole recently that was similar. Almost the same only instead of brocolii I added diced ham from xmas leftovers

DONE! It was delicious! I omitted the potatoes to make it Keto friendly and I didn't add the cauliflower because I am not a fan. It was hearty enough just with the broccoli.
