Chef, my wife just made this recipe using pork chop that she sous vide the seared. The flavor, the sauce, it moved my soul. One of the best sauces I've ever had in my life. The java rice however had very little flavor but excellent texture, but I added the peanut sauce on top and it elevated it. Amazing!

I can say this with confidence, I am just a home cook (I only cook for my family), I have tried many of Chef RV's recipes and wala pang pumapalpak and my family loves it.
