Ingredients:
Chicken bone 500g
1 bulb garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp whole peppercorns
1 tsp whole cloves
3 bay leaves
1 bulb garlic, peeled and chopped
Black salt to taste
2 tbsp Knorr seasoning
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 head of cauliflower
Water for steaming
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
•Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a hot wok.
•Add 1 tsp whole peppercorns, 1 tsp whole cloves, and 3 bay leaves.
•Sauté until the aroma is released.
•Add the chopped garlic and sauté briefly.
•Add the chicken bone and mix well.
•Season with black salt, 2 tbsp Knorr seasoning, and 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
•Pour in ½ cup water, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 2 tbsp vinegar.
•Cover the pot and cook until the liquid is reduced and the natural oil is released from the chicken.
2. Prepare the Cauliflower:
•Clean and remove the leaves from the cauliflower.
•Slice the florets.
•Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes or until tender.
•Plate the sautéed chicken and steamed cauliflower together.Enjoy your meal!
