LOOK WHO IS BACK!! My babydoll finally feels better and she’s coming back strong with on of my favorite one pan meals, Chicken Cacciatore & Polenta. Between filming and the new house we are all over the place but always come together for dinner. It’s the best ❤️This is so flavorful and relatively easy! 1 hr and 20 minutes and you have a meal for a family of 4 or more if you don’t eat a lot 😂 The chicken falls off the bone and all the different ingredients really come together well. Yes we use instant polenta it’s the easiest and delicious! Chicken Cacciatore
- 5 chicken drumsticks
- 4 chicken thighs
- 28 oz can of peeled tomato
- 14 oz can of crushed tomato
- Chunk of pecorino Romano cheese
- 10 basil leaves
- 5 sticks of fresh thyme
- 1 Cup of Kalamata olives
- 7 garlic cloves
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 container of baby bella mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 or 3 tbsp of evoo to coat pan when searing chicken
- 1 cup of white wine
