CHICKEN CAMEMBERT that's impressive

A chive and Camembert cheese mousse in the centre with crispy panko coating. Get full recipe here www.recipe30.com
This chicken recipe is reasonably easy to make if you have a food processor. The chicken breast is filled using a pipping bag with a chive and Camembert cheese mousse. The coating is simply Panko breadcrumbs pan fried in olive oil and finished in the oven. Serve it with an optional tomato sauce for a superb meal. Camembert cheese is a soft cheese that originated in Normandy.

A very good idea, but in the end I would recommend a sauce made from mango, banana, curry and cream instead of tomato sauce. try and let me know.
