Ingredients:-
For chicken marination.
Boneless chicken thigh 400g
or chicken breast
soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1/2 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
For soy sauce mixture you need:
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Noodles 200g
sesame oil 1 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
oil 1/2 cup
Garlic 3 Cloves
Ginger 2-inch piece
Carrot 50g
Capsicum 40g
Cabbage 50g
2 Large Chili Peppers
2 Spring Onions
Sesame seeds and Spring onion for garnishing
