Nice croquettes. By the way let me re-introduce myself. I am a one n only secluded Goan in the Nilgiris. Only when I go to Goa I can get a taste of Goa.Now you must show how to make the snack kadyo bodyo with jaggery coating which is available in a fair(ferrian in Konkani) after a feast. I am sure you understand what I mean. I love this snack.

I tried ur above receipe... but my mixture turned out to be sticky.. i don't have bread crumbs so what's the next best option to get the needed paste consistency

You can use slice bread or even potato but make sure the potatoes are not over cooked
