Hi, Good presentation. Tried this recepie. It turned out to be little plain taste and less spicy(May be my personal taste is different) . Except that all came out to be fine...binding...shape...crispyness... Will try once more after increasing the spice levels.

Super😍😋😍..rusk powdered also good as coating but tastes a little bit sweeter than bread , wont be sticky like bread crumbs . Both veg and non veg cutlets are my favourites. More than a delicious recipe I feel , Mahima that you're presenting so happily that viewers won't ever forget to try out your recipes ... as always happy cooking process 🤗😊🤗

If you add too much potato it might break. Also can coat it twice to prevent from breaking after freezing

I prefer coconut oil for all Cooking ( nadan). You can use rice bran, canola etc..I discard fried oil
