It’s a lot of prep. We use to make a similar item at a place I worked at. It was done with a piece of veal. Well the veal was already flattened, seasoned, and breaded by a prep cook. They would leave a stack for us during service. So we would get an order and fry it in the pan, finish in the oven. Then serve over a bed of veggies. Plate looked amazing and only took us about 7 Mins. It’s all about the prep work.

All those places have gone corporate they all suck.....This guy shows you how your mom would cook baby boomers would remember that
@abolishguncontrollaws56894 жыл бұрын
@Amp Blaster bro, cubed is tenderized with a mallet or a machine. It doesn't turn the beef into ground beef. You can't be a butcher being that ignorant.
@abolishguncontrollaws56894 жыл бұрын
@Amp Blaster Cube steak is a cut of beef, usually top round or top sirloin, tenderized and flattened by pounding with a meat tenderizer, or by using an electric tenderizer. The name refers to the shape of the indentations left by that process. This is the most common cut of meat used for the American dish chicken fried steak en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cube_steak 😂😂😂
@giusepperesponte80774 жыл бұрын
Amp Blaster stop doubling down when you’re obviously wrong. An electric tenderizer doesn’t grind meat, that’s what a meat grinder does. You’re probably lying about being a butcher but if you aren’t you should be fired for your massive ignorance.

I disagree with you; skinny or not skinny chefs---all of them will cook healthy and unhealthy foods! We can choose to eat healthy or unhealthy foods, but if we eat what they cook and don't work it off through daily regular exercise, sooner or later we all become fat!! To help us stay healthy we should chew our food slowly, eat less salt, less pastries and ice cream, less fried foods, less pizza, drink small amounts of alcohol, and sodas, or fruit juices, drinks lots of water regularly, and do some walking, or bicycling or some kind of exercise daily. Big Travis ...yea, right, I'm not about to do that to a nice piece of ribeye..

@@nothingbutaname........1618 Yup again chicken frys are the poor mans steak. Why they use cheap cube steak for it. If you can buy a rib eye,eat a rib eye mid rare with nice sides. Don't cook it to death.
