Chopped Garlic (রসুন কুচি )and Chopped Chili (কাঁচা লঙ্কাকুচি)1tbsp each
For Boiling Noodles
Salt (নুন )1tsp
Refined Oil (সাদা তেল) 1tsp
White oil (সাদা তেল)1tsp for fry chicken
For Making Hakka Noodles
White Oil (সাদা তেল) 2tbsp
Salt (নুন) 2tsp
Soy Sauce (সোয়া সস) 2tsp
Vinegar (ভিনিগার) 2tsp
