I never liked oregano until I started trying your recipes, and now I GET it. Especially with lemon and cumin. Thanks for your simple yummy food, so nice to be able to have something different for dinner without hours of work or having to buy weird ingredients.

From across the miles and far away Hello again Dimitra, we made this dish yesterday exactly as you showed on video, it was SO delicious. And being cream free, I was impressed at how creamy it was. My mother ( also Dimitra) said: στην υγεία σου κορίτσι μου. To your health my girl. Being the Greek that I am, I’m going to make this again but omitting the cumin and going in with thyme and lemon . I have tasted something similar to this dish and It was yummy. Another idea for even slight deeper flavor you can add a touch of white wine when after you stir in the flour.

Hi Dimitra, Another very good recipe. For me it did not take 30 minutes, as i needed to watch & pause your video a few times, but soon will get closer to this time frame. I decided to marinate the chicken slices for 1 hour and added half a lemon for the marinate and also did not grate the garlic but sliced it well and left it for 30 minutes with a little lemon and olive oil. For the others I want to say, that they need to follow your advices and taste the sauce while cooking, as I did not, and my sauce became just a little saltier because for the chicken broth I used those ready small cubes and they were very salty. Anyway, at the end I drank more wine :), so the salt was diluted. For dessert I quickly prepared raspberries and blueberries mixed with plenty of yogurt and honey.

Very good recipe, just recommend to use heavy cream instead of the milk and let it thicken if you’re going to use the chicken stock. The ingredients are so good though shouldn’t need it. Overall great video, thank you for the tutorial 👍🏼

Help! You didn't mention how much stock & milk you used. So I went to the web site above and couldn't find chicken & spinach. I did find salmon & spinach but it used heavy cream. I'd rather use a recipe which has milk. Can you tell me how much stock & milk to use? This looks SO delicious. I just bought all the ingredients and await your response. Thank you.

I never wash my chicken in case of salmonella washed over the sink and utensils that I used. But I minimal touch and sear each side or cook hot and fast to kill any bacteria on the surface!

I made it and it was very bland, I upped the spices and that helped but still way too bland for my taste. I'm not saying it was bad it was just pretty much flavorless. TheReaper!
