4 chicken breasts
300 gr. button mushrooms
2 onions or shallots
7 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
25 gr. butter
30 cl. creme fraiche
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp paprika
1 C. mustard
1 C. tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. to S. of ketchup
Parsley (optional)
Cornstarch (if necessary)
