Another spectacular recipe. Turned out just perfect. After preparing so many successful recipes from your recipe box, especially when I am making a totally new dish, like the Kabsa, today, which I never tasted and didn't have a clue what the spices would shape into, to me, this process of cooking these dishes is simply an adventure, and I am always so excitedly looking forward to how beautifully the flavors are going to be infused. Earlier, I used to be a little sceptical, but I now with the earned confidence, it's only a flood of excitement with every new recipe..thank you for sharing such amazing recipes..
