Chef Mehboob teaches us a simple basic recipe of Chicken Manchurian & Vegetable Fried Rice.

👩‍🍳 Chicken Manchurian
1. Chicken boneless in cubes - 1/2 kg
2. Flour - 1 cup
3. Garlic chopped - 4 tbsp
4. Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
5. Crushed red chilli - 1 tbsp
6. Salt - 1 tbsp
7. Chicken stock - 1/2 kg
8. Corn flour - 5 tbsp
9. Tomato ketchup - 2 cups
10. Oil for frying
11. Vineger - 6 tbsp
12. Sugar - 4 tbsp
13. Eggs - 2
👩‍🍳 Vegetable Fried Rice
1. Rice boiled - 1/2 kg
2. Carrot chopped - 3
3. Spring onion chopped - 3
4. Capsicum chopped - 2
5. Oil - 4 tbsp
6. Salt - 1 tsp
7. White pepper - 1 tsp

I have to applaud Chef for he explains very explicitly and keeps repeating which I don’t think so anyone repeats constantly. I love but too much sugar and oil for deep fried. Nothing to do with the recipe but I hate too much sugar
