A classic dish from old times .An Anglo Indian preparation sometimes called panthra but they made it with beef or pork .My mother used to replicate this in her heyday in Calcutta. Super stuff!Very nice of you Mahima for reviving this simple recipe. Top of the morning to you!

I still remember, 25 years ago, two of my cousin sisters made chicken rolls for my engagement. They made about 200. It was served for the guest. Anyway bridegroom's relatives were served, but my close relatives couldn't taste it. I really wonder even now how could they make such a large number. As for me I can hardly make 20 or 25.

Very nice Mahima You are not using baking powder isn't it for the pancakes isn't it ?
