Thanks! Its a quite simple one but really nice, heres a short video: kzfaq.infouyfDR8tK0XI You can use any jam instead of the tamarind and make a sweet salad dressing, you can also use mustard or honey and mustard and make different variations of the same.

I love your recipes. What is the most common meat they use in Finland? Do they eat a lot of pork schnitzel?

I wouldnt say a lot but those are fairly common. Pork and chicken, but I havent seen flattened chicken schnitzel here, they usually bread the chicken filet, which I think its a sliced chicken breast and serve them with some pepper or bernaise sauce. At least in the more traditional lunch places
