I'm mostly useless in the cooking division & I made this pies yesterday for Father's Day. I received such a lot of compliments on the way it looked & it tasted deleesh as well! Just made this filling, except I had left over breasts from a roasted chicken. Tore the chicken into pieces and added it after the mushrooms had braised, just before adding the thickener. And fresh thyme. Delicious!
