Chicken Pakora is a very famous dish in Pakistan. Chicken coated with chickpea flour and dusted with sesame seeds is an authentic treat for food lovers. Try this recipe at home and let me know the result in the comments section.
Written Ingredients:
Chicken 2kg
Salt 2tsp for washing
Vinegar 6tbs for washing
Salt 2.5tsp for boiling
Red Chilli Powder 3tsp for boiling
Turmeric Powder 1/2tsp for boiling
Curd 750gms
Besan(Chickpea flour) 250gms
Tamarind Pulp 1tbs
Salt 1tsp for coating
Red Chilli Powder 1.5tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Coriander 1tsp
Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Chaat Masala 2tsp
Sesame Seeds for garnish
