I've heard about parmo but never seen the prep and finished dish (blooming Londoner!!) and that looks absolutely banging. Well done

Brilliant the Parmo will probably never make it into a Michelin restaurant but so many folk have grown up eating it

Hi Ian,grease the foil,then it shouldn’t stick.Looks nice,I have never had a Parmo,here we do chicken parmigiana,chicken part is the same,then covered in an Italian tomato sauce,and mozzarella,same but different.😂I think a lot of Americans wouldn’t know how to make a bechamel sauce.See you on the weekend.😊

I'm sure it was fab but I would have saved some of that lovely bechemal sauce and made a rarebit the following day, just a little bit too much of it on the chicken for my taste, but we're all different, you do you and all that Beddy 😁
