Chicken pitha is prepared in winter festive season in villages of India. It is also named as mangsho pitha. This is a traditional meat pitha made by village people. Meat pitha also prepared using mutton also. It is known as charpa pitha in local languages of Jharkhand.

Chicken 200 gm
Mustard oil 50 ml
Rice Flour (Guri) 150 gm
spices paste of
Ginger 2 pc
Garlic 10 pc
Onion chopped 1 pc.

Shal Leaves for grilling.
