Made this last night with fresh green onion and garlic and a few other herbs plus the dry seasonings -- marinated the chicken in olive oil for 4 hours in the fridge. Chicken came out amazing and I ended up using Mexican 4 cheese and some feta in the quesadilla -- it was great!! Thanks for the recipe.

when i make chicken quesadillas, i put in chicken, monterey jack cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions. i also spread some tostitos-brand medium spice nacho cheese on one half of the tortilla. its gives the quesadilla a really good extra flavour.

Hands down best recipe. I did it also with beans tomatoes paprika and onion! I also added those things with chicken and avacado. Amazing
