Today I have a sandwich recipe that is both easy and delicious. A wonderful sauce will accompany the chicken I cook on the barbecue. A wonderful recipe with melted mozzarella cheese and crusty bread. Be sure to try it.
Ingredients (for 6 sandwiches)
5 chicken breasts
sandwich bread
250 grams grated mozzarella
200 grams of sliced cheese
for the sauce
50 ml olive oil
200 ml grated tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
While I was making the video, I didn't capture that I added the garlic and spices to the sauce. After adding the grated tomatoes, cook for a total of 7-8 minutes.
