My brother joined gym for bidybuilding . He can not eat chicken because of chkn flavour . Now gym diet need chicken recipies for protine. I tried soooo many recipies but he found it very difficult to eat chicken . I made this recipe followed ecact direction did everything as guided anddddd he loved it special element of this recipe is tha i made 3 kg kabab and used for 1 month fr his diet . Till last day flavour taste textures everything wz same as 1st kabab . Great work Really thankfull for giving me solution to help my brothers . He gives u all the credit for his upcoming transfrmation 😊

Ths is so far one of the best recipe that i have tried through KZfaq. I didn't ve barbecue set up, so i cooked thm on tawa, n evn thn it tasted delicious. Also, you are the best chef on KZfaq. Your other recipes are also wonderful.

Yes, it definitely does enrich and helps. I was not aware of tallow. I tried to make seekh kababs with fat but could not eat because of the smell and after taste on tongue. Thanks for sharing the information.

Maine yeh 1st time dekha hai ,skewers tava pe rakh ke cook karna 1st time dekha hai. Main yeh zarur try karungi . Tallow add karna bhi 1st time dekha . Kai restaurants mein white part dekha hai main sochi thi yeh hai kya. Bahut juicy lag rahe hain..waooooo ure gr888..

Thank you Arshad for this excellent recipe. This is ND Singh from Canada. Did everything exactly like you said. The problem I faced was that the Kebabs won't stick to the skewers long enough to be cooked. They kept on dropping on Tawa. Eventually, I had to cook them on Tawa as chapli kebabs and that worked out well. Any advice on how to fix that?

Thank you. If your mixture is runny and moist then this problem occures. And if you are using skewers second time, you should cool them using cold water to make kebabs second time on same skewers. I hope this will help.

I mean does steam cooking them changes its texture to sausage texture or can it be still called a seekh kabab.
