2 tablespoon Sesame oil

Cook on medium heat 6/7
Boneless chicken thigh or breast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
Sesame oil
1/2 cup of Teriyaki sauce
4 tablespoons of Brown sugar
🥩Steak Ingredients
Cook on high heat 7/8
2 Boneless steak
2 teaspoons of Montreal steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
olive oil
2 garlic gloves
1 rosemary
1 tablespoon of Garlic butter ( more or less up to you)

Heat at medium 6/7
Shrimp
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of garlic butter

Heat at medium 6/7
1 green zucchini squash
1 yellow squash
1 large onions
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Garlic butter
Cleaning meat
1 Lime or 2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of Salt
1/4 tablespoon of Vinegar
