Ingredients
Chicken: 600 gm
Dried King chilli: 1 no.
Fermented bamboo shoots: small quantity
Roasted sichuan pepper: 1 or 2 tablespoons
Cloves of garlic: 7 nos.
Ginger: about an inch
Salt: add as per your taste
Water: hot water 700 ml/ add as per your consistency
Naga Losoon: 12 nos/ 1 handful

Yummy 😋 but will it be tasty in boiler or koiler chicken because I am not in nagaland country chicken like northeast states is to find kinda difficult in other states of India
