*Marinate:(1 hour)
Chicken Tender
1 Tsp Onion Salt
1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
4 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Hot Chili Powder
After 1 hour Add :
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup - Butter Milk
*Flour Seasoning:
1 Cup - Cake Flour
1 Cup - Corn Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Onion Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Tsp Dry Thyme
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Parika
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Dry Basil
*Honey Mustard Sauce:
1 Tbsp Mayonaise
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Tsp Salt and Black Pepper
*Buttermilk Ranch:
1 Tbsp bBtter Milk
1 Tbsp Ranch
A Little Salt and Black Pepper
1 Tsp Mayonaise

Follow these simple rules, for every cup of rice use 2 cups of water. If you boil the rice for 10 minutes then let it rest for 10 (same pot heat off) or use a rice cooker. As long as you follow those simple rules you’ll get perfect rice every time.

I caught a few of your videos years ago… one in particular you were frying chicken and every since, my chicken has been tossed into the “pool.” I also use the chopstick method for my grease. Anywho… I was browsing yesterday actually looking for a tutorial for tenders and yours came up. I remember the videos from a whole back, and decided to check your video out… and I gave this a try, sauces and all, let’s just say… I’ll NEVER go back to anything I did before!
