I learned how to cook from anybody who would let me in the kitchen! My Cajun Aunt's were so angry at my father for not teaching me to cook Cajun! Where we lived at that time didn't have the seasonings. Lol! I can cook, but I miss your recipes! I was allowed to make the marzipan decorations when I was little, and smell the sauce cook all day.
