Hi Guys,lovely to see that old time recipe,I don’t think I have seen it in 40-50 years,it was the go to recipe for the left over turkey after thanksgiving,and the bones made the soup,we ended up eating turkey for days.Maybe because people here didn’t make it with chicken perhaps that’s why it fell out of favor.I remember loving it,and as I have everything in the house I’m going to make it,thank you Ian for the reminder.I love meals like that.😊

What I would dearly love, is for you guys to give us a print out of your recipes each time you do one. It would be such a great help. As I watch every day, and write them down by hand and it takes ages. Would so appreciate it. x

Another good one Ian. Cream cheese in stock makes a lovely sauce. I first saw it used in a pinch of nom cook book and was surprised what a difference it made. Have a good weekend both of you. 🇬🇧
