When it is her and her chat, she can live in her own little world. But in the streets, traveling here and there, she is slapped with reality. That's what she hates. --- Salah showing us his meal after we were shown everything else has GOT to be deliberate shade and shame! He could have let her try and pass off all that as their shared meal, but he added in that little moment to let us all know for sure that she was eating ALL of that.
