Funny thing is. Chief helped Ryan out one time when Ryan wanted to do his bye-Run. Chief advised him not to take it Theb. Take it the next race night. Which was the right call. Therefor. Ryan did his bye-Run. Got the data he needed the next race night.and I do believe Chief regretted taking this bye-Run when he was explaining why he helped Ryan with the advice.

@@davidtappe5337 it just seemed Chief was getting dumped on a little and everyone crediting Ryan for not bad mouthing Chief. Ryan couldn’t understand why Chief would help him like that. Chief explained why to Ryan when Ryan came to visit chief at Midwest. In the end. Chief ended up looking better then Ryan when chief took the bye-run he later regretted. I know it’s only a show lol. But o felt the need to tell people what chief did for Ryan in the end.

chief just played the game like any other of them would. that’s why they all knew what he was doing but wasn’t that big of deal. besides for Ryan making him wait a bit thinking your gonna run. now Ryan gets time to tune his car some more and be even more ready next time

When you're pulling 2+ Gs the car moves fast. When it swings towards the curb, if he hadn't lifted, within a half second it would have hit the curb. That's what he meant.

Big Fan of the OG'S of the 405 can't blame Ghief for wanting to take his bye run to test his car after having trouble with it , I'm sure if one of the other guys were in that situation would've but when the time was up and Ghief didn't make it to the line he should've seen if Ryan wanted to take the win that way , knowing Ryan , he probably would rather race for it and said do it tomorrow but than again with 10.000 grand on the line who knows 👍✌. 😈☠👍✌✌

He didn't start the car because it would have heated it up. With a short cool-down cycle he was trying to keep it cool as long as possible.
