Baas is handling this pretty poorly, hitting them with the same 1 liner over and over. The last gang member that handed themselves in was betrayed by the police, why would they trust Baas right now. Even Terreti had a better compromise.

they had him in custody after the shooting. if they gave him back to his boys then thats on them, it shouldnt be on Siz to turn himself in for a warrant.

Baas said that the PD shouldn't step on crims toes and make the crims of the whole city band together, and then here he is, trying to bring a crim in that was issued a warrant that was thankfully rejected. now HOA says they are not going to shoot anymore, he is asking why are they stopping. LOL

You only "forget" if you have to respawn at the hospital, if EMS picks you up and you get ressed at the hospital you don't get "amnesia"

They don't have to forget this. However Siz and the HOA came to a conclusion with those officers from that shift and were assured that was the end of it. So Baas still shouldn't have done this.

They are obviously overstepping their boundaries. They are lying every chance they get and proving themselves to be untrustworthy. Moreover they are losing in the firefights.

James just felt like blowing up Espinoz was a good finale for the war and that they had properly voiced their frustrations so they could go back to doing what they do. Folding to Baas would be turning himself in like Baas wanted.

Absolutely. Especially since Siz and the officers from the previous shift came to a conclusion that made things peaceful again. Also being assured that that was the end of it. Baas shouldn't have came in with this aggressive energy trying to continue it in another shift. It was already resolved.
