There is no. Hard soil below 14m ..The SBC is not fit for High rise buildings..if you still want the cost will be 4 folds. Amaravathi is prone to flooding and the soil conditions increasing the cost of project . With so many drawbacks and super good corupt politicians why people of Ap blindly obsessed with wrong capital

@@raviteja7593when did the capital region receive floods? And you say that corrupt politicians then can u explain how cbn did land pooling and got 34k acres of land for free? Even mega structures built around the world someway would have some issues And look at China how ther are constructing mega cities on all kinds of soils and infact they even constructed on hills whr they prone to landslides.. So challeges are everywhere it's that how we plan and execute
