You are welcome there has been contention about whether using hunter & rider lethality vs hunter & rider attack was better. I'll make 3 different test and will share the results in my upcoming videos.

Hi bro. I am on gen8 and for talent as you said infantry is attack defend hunter leathalithy health is it better with wacko reasonate Daryl also? I mean rally leader.

Haven't seen a video that covers attack vs lethality in Trap, so many mixed signaling. Everyone knows hunters are the better troop for Trap. I've seen that Trap doesn't have a Defense so lethality isn't needed. So would it be attack talents instead?

So to clarify if I understand, focus Rider Hunter Lethality until Gen 4 releases then use the Attack layout you have first rally leader?

I always thought hunter and rider attack works best in Trap than lethality. I also did a test last time and shows to have higher damage but as you mentioned, it could probably depending on HQ and heroes. The time i tested is with Plasma3 and gen 4 heroes

Until Gen3 at least, the game utilise old battle engine mechanics. So heroes skills do not create a significant difference. The results are more straightforward. However from Gen4 onwards it uses new battle mechanics, it is best to test this every time new heroes are released.

@@wackoRashGaming Hi, thanks for the reply but I was referring Attacks stats being better in Trap compared to Lethality. PVP for sure, Lethality is better.

@@helter6541 I was told attack talents were better on Trap than lethality because the Trap has no defense. Not sure which to believe but I need to do some testing myself.

what's the best choice for war talent if i usualy go to attack enemy HQs and defend my own if i'm a p7 with t10, rn I focus on inf helf lethality and hunter lethality

Hey there, as I tried to illustrate in my video there are 3 war talent paths, one with infantry lethality& health + using hunter& rider lethality also. Second one with infantry lethality& health + using hunter & rider defence. Finally the third with the influencer trap setup. I have also felt in my personal opinion that infantry health and lethality is a must, whereas the use of hunter&rider attack /defence is dependent on other factors including HQ and Heroes. So I'll share a video of this nature soon. I cannot 100% tell you what is the best war talent path, but the best way is to do a small test.

For war talent I usually go for lethality of hunter rider and infantry with priority been infantry. I see Attack/defense path for all troops been the weaker than lethality/ health

@@brianbriscoe3216 Ah yes - now that you said, I remember doing the test. My result with Hank. Tina and Joker using my talent setup worked better than another player in state 198. He in the end chose to use lethality and health over attack and defence. At this point my red badges were more advanced then his. So using lethality and health for hunters and riders is was giving him more penetrative impact. However, with Derek, Joker and Arthur, where my badges are max - attack and defence seems to work better now for me;-/ Aircraft now driving a significant impact on the overall result.

I think lethality and health are better for leaders.CatZila did this in some videos.

Hey there, i don't deny that maybe it will be better in some situations depending on a number of factors as I illustrated in my video. However, you may want to test it because it is not always possible to to say lethality and health is always better. In my situation, the results suggest that attack and defence for the war talent setup was better. I'll share a video of this nature soon. ❤️🦍

I am not sure what I should believe now. Troops P5 to P8 have more attack/defense points compared to health/lethality, so every point i press into attack and defense in talent tree will give at the end more compared to the health path. would be nice to see another vid with 2 identical settlements and stats one fixed on attack and the other on health who will get on top.

Hey there, I tested it in the Arena of Doom - the result are different to different individuals. Different Hero Generation also seems to influence the outcome of the battle. I don't deny that lethality for rider and hunter is the standard barrier in most generation. However, try it with attack and defence maybe at a tile attack and see the result for your own. I try to do test every month to make sure I understand whether I should use attack/defence or lethality/health. Trust me, the results changes every hero generation since Gen7!!!

@@wackoRashGaming Thanks for info, but due to the fact that it is most relevant for capital svs battles, etc and gen9 is the actual one you will face, i would test this only with this gen.

@@christianblackert5889 I have done the test, and the results using old battle engine ie in alliance showdown and RR is 100 % to use lethality/health. However, I found for myself personally, attack and defence are better as I also have high troop attack with the skins in capital/SvS. The problem now is the aircraft - the aircraft is so buggy that I don't know maybe the aircraft may be influencing the results.😕

@@wackoRashGaming Well, sending a march without the airplane to proof if our assumption is correct that attack > health. If both airplanes are equal the health buff would be the same for all, so it may cross out the effect, but i agree, that crap p2w plane screws up everything. try to reinf with your 3 best march a settlement which catch a airplane rally....all you HQ skins will not help to safe it if low on troops.

@@christianblackert5889 for march with airplane, no denying the infantry HAS TO HAVE HEALTH AND LETHALITY - this is a fact. I went all the way to push all my aircraft components on infantry health and lethality and it's just so OP, it made the last bunker fight and RR easy. Without airplanes, I perform better with attack and defence but my other state member perform better with lethality. that's why I've been non committed to give a clear answer. It seems not that straight forward but my challenge is I cannot do the test with someone with the exact same stats as I am not in the PTR server and I dont intend to join the PTR server in the near future.

Hey there, there are many folks that will have different results based on their heroes. The heroes skills can be active or passive. This to avoid spending too much time with trying to teach everyone the heroes with active or passive skills, I send 1 infantry troop, 1 rider troop, and the remaining all hunters. I use Derek, Tweak and Arthur. Tweak is the god for trap! With the influencer chief talent tree setup and heroes it easy to reach top 10 without trying.
