Chiefs News: Justyn Ross Has DOMINANT Practice + Patrick Mahomes & Marquise Brown Building Chemistry

Ай бұрынKansas City Chiefs Mandatory Minicamp continues as Justyn Ross had a dominant practice on Wednesday. Ross scored 2 touchdowns as he’s fighting for a roster spot in a crowded Chiefs’ WR room. Marquise “Hollywood” Brown spoke to the media after practice and talked about the chemistry he’s building with Patrick Mahomes. He also discussed the team’s speed and how excited Chiefs Kingdom should be. Mahomes and Andy Reid continue to emphasize bringing the deep ball back into the Chiefs offense and Brown is going to be a big recipient of that. Lastly, rookie TE Jared Wiley has had a strong offseason as he scored multiple touchdowns again yesterday. Could he elevate to TE2 behind Travis Kelce sooner rather than later?

J. Ross injury history had a brief knee hamstring injury of players have that exact same injury and he only had it briefly. Actually what you're missing is he was put on the commissioner's exempt list for like six straight weeks because of some altercation with an ex-girlfriend at the time and that's why they never had a chance to play him on the field but in all honesty I think he'd be better off to go to another team because the Chiefs don't know how to use big body receivers. Chiefs do not throw contestable passes to big bunny receivers. When we cut him he'll have a better chance of making a splash somewhere else. It's unfortunate because he's really talented but he definitely don't know how to use this talent here.

he had a couple bad contested drops, but the christmas game, mahomes needed to throw him the ball instead of that 2nd pick 6. he was wide open all alone in the back field when mahomes threw it (to rice I think, maybe moore.) and got turned into a quick 14 for the raiders.

He can do it, he just needs to not be a head case. toney has proved more value that skyy moore. ross had desomstrated more value than moore. if Moore doesn't make the team there's no other team that will pick him up. he'll be on the chiefs practice squad. If ross dosn't make it, then the bills, cowboys, or bengals pick him up. Screw that!
