The reason the Ravens, which is the best team, not be the favourite to win the SB is because the road thru the AFC championships is more difficult than the one for the Niners in the NFC route. But if they both make it to the SB, then probably the Ravens will be the favourite.

The ravens not being the favorite has nothing to do with the ravens chances vs the niners and is more about the AFC being a tougher conference than the NFC. The ravens might have to go through the bills, the chiefs, or the browns to get to the Superbowl. They'll be in Baltimore, but those are tough matchups compared to the NFC where the niners will likely go through two teams they've already blown out during the regular season.

That’s not true. The winning conference is about even money. Niners are the favorites because they were the more impressive team throughout the year, and because they are great when they’re healthy. Even against the ravens with 5 interceptions they had more total yards and were still in the game by the 2 minute warning.

Washington/ Theismann, Raiders/Plunkett, Ravens/Dilfer (not a good QB) /Washington/ Rypien, Bears/McMahon (not a good QB), Giants/Eli (very average), Buccaneers/ Brad Johnson (not good), etc. Both Purdy and Tagavailoa are better than any of the above, in more complicated systems in a much more offensive leaning era. They have the tools/ supporting cast to come from behind but they are terrible at it. To this point, anyway.

Wildes, the ball was thrown behind MVS because the left guard Joe Thuney got pushed back and stepped on Mahomes' ankle. Pass protection has oddly been an issue for the team this season, and not just because of the tackles, who have been terrible for sure. Even the interior has given up more pressures than usual.

In all seriousness, Mahomes has had his fair share of mistakes, but there's a lot wrong with this offense that requires him to carry this team on his back. Guess what? Same deal with the Bills and Josh Allen... except the Bills have better receivers, even if they're not really elite (aside form Stefon Diggs, but his season hasn't been great). Both teams struggle with running the ball consistently, so it highlights their problems in the passing game. I'm not blaming it all other QBs for bad play and excusing Mahomes for his. You're arguing against a straw man. But that one play was hardly on him... and I'm not blaming Thuney either lol. Any time a receiver touches the ball, they have to come through with the completion. It's that simple.

Nick doesnt understand MVP. It's reserved for the Best Player. Also, non-QB's can apply "just because", but Purdy is ineligible because he was drafted last. Nick is a weasel. Look at drama with Must-Win just because it wasn't his idea.
