This reminds me of Gigeresque mod. The Xenomorph does something like that, breaking blocks. It's nice to see that some creatures of threatening appearance actually have the ability they are suspected to possess, aka break blocks. Though I wouldn't say they are the first one to come up with that.

Make a pit under your house and make the bridges out of trapdoors. If you add a double door mod, you can close the trap doors in an instant. Another thing you can do is make stone walls around your base and put slabs in your base to prevent foes lookin for toes from spawning.

got a mod idea for the hardcore world to make it a little more epic in case of a chase with a harder dweller maybe. the name is "second chance" with half a golden heart as the icon. this mod basicly gives you a "second chance" by letting you have half a heart with everything that would've killed you with one hit (only if you're on full life tho, so if u already miss half a heart or more you'd still die) i think this could be lowkey kinda epic if the night dweller e.g. might chase you and give you a hit so it also makes it a little more spooky

Fun fact!!!: the birds that are chirping is actually the goat man mimicking the the birds. That's why the birds are spamming there sound board😂😂😂.

The perfect (wood) house for dealing with this guy: -Hovers at least 6 blocks off the ground (or just outside of whatever his reach is) -Has no supports or pillars, it floats in the air -Has multiple large holes in the floor in case he somehow does get in -Has a pool of water in the ground below the entrance/exit so the player can fall from a great height every morning with no damage, but has solid blocks as well so that the player can build an ascent pillar every night to get in, before destroying the pillar behind them. That's all I can think of, anyone else got ideas?

Chief, its best to make things out of stones. The outer can be 2 trapdoor type of trap and below your house, you can add water for second escape plan with boats

Fun fact, if you build a large pillar about 16 blocks, with about 3-5 blocks surrounding he won’t be able to climb up it since the blocks cover the pillar, so like a sky base.

The simple house that i use against him is over the ground but no staircase. I go up using water that i place inside the house, and when i get inside i just remove the water. Easy peasy. Nothing can get up there.

If the mod was based in explosive resistance of 3 or lower i think it would be more balanced instead of the hardness of 2. He could still break doors and fences and wood but not cobble.

For ur hardcore world I recommend making a lava moat around ur house area and in the inside of ur house have a layer of cobblestone so u can protect against the man from the fog.

Since the Night Dweller can't break blocks with a Blast Resistance oven 2, then it's possible to either fortify the build with cobblestone (BR 6) or build underground

It's all scary and terrifying until you surround yourself with cobblestone every night

You should try Better than Wolves, Ice and Fire, or The Wendigo mod (If you haven't already).
