12MP - 170 Degree Wide Angle with 2.4G Remote Control for Action Sports Camera
The box contained the camera with case, remote, charger and lots of accesories.
The camera in the waterproof case feels very solid and durable. You can open the case with a clip on top and take the camera out.
The camera itself is very premium quality and has a lovely 2 inch bright screen, the buttons are also nice and big.
You need to add a microSD card to use the camera. I used a Sandisk 32GB class 10 and it worked fine.
You can record upto 4K UltraHD video at 10FPS or 1080p at 30fps. The video quality is actaully very good, i tested it indoors in ok lighting and the video quality was better than expectied. Outdoor quality is where is product shines.
You can also take 12MP photos and the photos are nice and clear. This camera is also waterproof and can be taken 30 meters underwater.
The camera has built in WiFi which lets you connect to iOS or Android App and will allow you to sync photos and videos to your phone and also control your camera with the phone.
You can also attach a HDMI cable and watch your recorded vids on the big screen and share your moments with family.
I absoltely love the remote control, it is very nice and repsonsive and can easily attach as a keyring to your keys. The remote contol has 2 buttons and will let you take photos or videos at a push of a button.
Overall great action cam, video and photo quality is amazing and love using it.

The main issue with the remote is that if you have the camera on your helmet, the remote on your wrist does not show any recording status, other more expensive cameras have a blinking light that confirms recording is on or off.

Great review. There is a blue light that goes on and off when plugged into the charge. Do you know if this changes colour or stops once fully charged?

No remote and camera without cover is not waterproof. Only the waterproof case make it waterproof.

I have the cross tour ct 9000 action cam, buy the cross tour one as it can record 4K at 25 fps which is 5 fps off the go pro hero 6!! It can record 1080 p at 60 fps at ultra hd! Nice video, but I think you should try review cross tour. Thanks

I’m looking to buy a totally wireless outdoor camera to monitor the outside of my house The problem I have is that my WiFi sucks at my house I have the fastest speed available according to my phone company plus I can’t get any type of cable WiFi because it doesn’t come by my house My ??? Is what other alternatives do I have to get a camera or multiple cameras to go outside that’s truly wireless that I can monitor while I’m gone to work I heard or read that there’s cameras that works through R F. Radio frequency kinda or exactly like ur phone does Do u know anything much about the R F cameras and how they work. I don’t want to pay a monthly monitoring fee Thanks in advance!!

How well does it work at night say as a dash camera? A video review of outside footage, with some at night, could be a follow up video for you.

There is no night vision so I would not expect it to do well for night drives.

Hi, any hangups with the ez icam app? I just installed it, and it reduced itself from a slew of cam types to the ultra wide little cube cam. It still connects at 802.11n and operates the shutter, and does sort of show gallery from the sd card. Just a little buggy on the which cam to work with. It did id the cam as H9Rse (EKEN) November 2016 firmware.

Don't swim with it, it is more of a splash proof remote. the seal on it isn't tight enough.

Sorry to be a little late on this. I just picked up a similar camera, a DMYCO 4K camera. The remote does not interact with my camera. There are no lights or anything that indicates it is active. Is there an activation or pairing procedure for the remote? Maybe, as someone suggested in an earlier comment, it is a bad remote.

Make sure there is no film on the battery, it should work automatically, no way to manually pair.

Thanks, I checked further after I posted and found that the battery may be an issue. I opened the remote up and checked the battery, CR2032, no film. I replaced the battery. Now it is working for pictures, but brings up a blank screen on video. I'm OK with that, I probably wont use the remote often.

The flaw with the remote is that you’ve no way of knowing whether the camera is recording or not recording without going back to check the control panel of the camera. Not ideal.
