This songs reminds me of my Grandma from my Dad's side, the 1st thing she taught of us was if we ever chose a profession it should not be a soldier. Every time we get back from school she will line us up and ask what do you want to be come in life, if you dare say a soldier omo the beating no get part 2. She passed away in 1999.

Today is Armed Forces Remembrance Day and I just discovered this song. I have no relative that is a soldier but this song brings tears to my eyes because I'm imagining myself in the shoes of those who's relatives are soldiers, and on the front line protecting our lives and properties.
