Sunflower oil - 1/2 Cup (100ml)
Milk powder - 1 Tbsp. (optional)

For Sugar syrup,
Sugar - 1/4 Cup +2 Tbsp. (75 gm)
Water - 3/4 Cup (150 ml)
For Praline,
Badam/Almond - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp.
Unsalted Butter - 1 Tbsp.
For making cream
Whipping Cream - 2 Cup
Food Colour (Lemon Yellow)
To caramalize
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
For Butterscotch souce
Fresh cream - 1/4 Cup
Milk - 1/4 Cup

This is my first comment to a Chanel.. I stopped my cake making five yrs back including my kids B-Day cake.. After I saw your channel inspired me to restart..even then I feel laziness and doubt if I can do it or not but I have all the baking material to do so.. The first cake I restarted is with your butterscotch cake for my father's B-Day, it came out so well and every body likes it.. Same time we had one of the famous cake shops same butterscotch cake got us as a gift.. Everyone compare these two cakes and very much like our cake and impressed.. ചേച്ചി ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. അടിപൊളി. ഇതേ decortion ആണ് ഞാൻ ചെയ്തത്. പക്ഷെ ക്രീം ബാക്കി വന്നു. അതു ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഫാമിലികു chocolate ഇഷ്ട്ടമാണ്. അപ്പൊ ആ ക്രീമിൽ ഞാൻ കുറച്ചു dark compound കൂടെ ചേർത്ത് ബ്രെഡിൽ കൊടുത്തു.👍👍👌👌👌. ഇനിയും ഇടണേ വീഡിയോസ്
