Sugar - 7 1/2 Tbsp.
Vanilla essence - 1/4 Tsp.
Whipping cream - 4 Tbsp.
Mango pulp - 1 3/4 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Salt
Biscuit
Melted butter - 6 Tbsp.
Gelatin - 4 1/2 Tsp.
Vanilla essence - 7 drops
Whipping cream - 1 Cup
Water - 3/4 Cup

Thank U Dear .ഞാനും ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി ട്ടോ.നന്നായിരുന്നു. എനിക്ക് Sliding Pan ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു.അതു കൊണ്ട് Cheese Mango portion "ഗുണാ കേവ് " പോലെയായി പോയി. 2 cover milk ഉം ഒരു മല്ലിക മാങ്ങയും ഉപയോഗിച്ചു. Biscuit Good Day 21 എണ്ണം ഇട്ടു. Butter കൂടുതലായോന്ന് തോന്നി. Biscuit കൂടുതൽ കുതിർന്നതുകൊണ്ടാണോ Freezer ൽ വച്ചപ്പോൾ Hard ആയി പോയി.cut ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ Lower Portion cut ചെയ്യാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടി. Taste Super. Mango ice cream പോലെ. അത്ര Fluffy അല്ലാത്ത Texure. Thank U Chikkus Dine
