ചേച്ചി, ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായി cake ഉണ്ടാക്കി... ചേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന പോലെ എല്ലാം ചെയ്തു. പെർഫെക്റ്റ് dates cake കിട്ടി. കടയിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങുന്ന പോലെ തന്നെ സോഫ്റ്റ് and ടേസ്റ്റി cake ആയിരുന്നു. thank you very much..❤️❤️

Hi, Reshmi. I have just finished baking and tasting this cake. It is absolutely delicious! I did tweak the recipe a little bit. Instead of preparing caramel, I just boiled water with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Since my dates were very sweet, I reduced the white sugar to 4 tbsp. Once I run out of brown sugar, I will try with caramel syrup. Thanks a lot for this recipe.

ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് ട്രൈ ചെയ്ത് നോക്കി. ആദ്യമായിട്ടാണ് എന്റെ അച്ഛൻ ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് ടേസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് നോക്കിട്ടു സൂപ്പറാണെന്നു പറയുന്നത്.. ഷുഗർ ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് മധുരം ഉള്ളതൊന്നും കൊടുക്കാറുമില്ല അച്ഛൻ കഴിക്കാറുമില്ല..പക്ഷെ ഇന്ന് അച്ഛന് കേക്ക് കണ്ടിട്ടു പിടിച്ചു നിൽക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല.. ലേശം കഴിച്ചു നോക്കി . പിന്നേം പിന്നേം ചോദിച്ചിട്ടു കൊടുത്തില്ല.... അത്രക്ക് പൊളിയാരുന്നു... Mam I had tried the cake today tastes really well but a little bit got burnt below so I think 30 min low to medium flame is enough and should surely check the cake after 25 minutes, anyway tasted very nice thanks ☺️👍🏻

I have been trying to bake a cake for last few years Everytime i failed, i lost all my hopes in baking a cake myself😂 Then i came across this channel and was eagerly waiting to make one but couldn't due to my work. But this time on the day of my sis-in-law's bday i tried baking a chocolate cake using chikkus dine recipe and it turned out really great and yummy(eventhough i couldn't make the ganache bcoz my nephew didnt had the patience for that). Today i tried making this dates cake and guess what it turned out really soft and yummy🤤 Thank u chikkus dine for the wonderful recipes

Tried this cake and it was super moist and yummy. For those trying in Philips OTG, for the same measurements, the temperature was 170 degrees for 30 mins and 160 degrees for 10 mins.

Hai chechi, ഉണ്ടാക്കി super ആയിരുന്നു.1മിനിറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് പത്രം കാലിയായി. തീർന്നപ്പോൾ വല്ലാണ്ട് വിഷമം തോന്നി. അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ രണ്ട് cake കൂടി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഞാൻ 🤪
