I learned this in the early 1990s, and haven't done it in so many years. It's great to see it again. I actually was lucky to learn Chil Sung 1 through 4 from Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee in 1984-85. Three herniated discs put a damper on training....but I do them in my dreams sometimes.

@@WJMac It really was. We learned the first four Chil Sung then. He and his son taught us, coached us, and inspired us. So lucky.

This form does have alot of Chinese element's, l practiced this form and the details few year's ago, forgot because l started working, so l couldn't or have time to review these forms, but thank god for my library and you tube.

안녕하세요! Soo Bahk Do (手搏道) refers to the ancient Korean martial art "subak". The term Soo Bahk Do is used to honor that part of Korean history.
